Yes, it has the same great vitamin and nutritious benefits. However, it is a bit higher in sodium, so that’s something to be mindful of.

What does smoked salmon go well with?

It pairs really well with fresh or roasted veggies like asparagus and brussels sprouts. And healthy grains like farro, whole wheat pasta, and brown rice. It’s also excellent with a fresh salad or with cream cheese, cucumbers, and dill.
