I’ve been experimenting with so many different homemade latte recipes over the past couple of years. And this is a definite top favorite for my husband and I.

How to make a white chocolate latte
For this recipe, you don’t need a fancy espresso machine. Although, that would be nice!
We recently purchased the Ninja Foodi Coffee Bar. It is not a requirement for this recipe…but if you’re a regular coffee and specialty latte drinker, this machine is the real deal.
This coffee machine has a built in frother which makes foaming up lattes a breeze. And it has a speciality brew feature to brew up super concentrated coffee that you can use to create delicious lattes, macchiatos, cappuccinos, and more!
You can easily make a homemade white chocolate latte at home with a stick blender. This is what I’ve used for many years until upgrading our coffee system just last year.

Here’s what you’ll need
To make this tasty latte at home, you’ll just need 3 simple ingredients.
- whole milk
- strong brewed coffee
- white chocolate syrup
- whipped cream is option but also makes a nice addition
How to make this latte
Heat up the milk in a sauce pan until desired temperature is reached. Be careful not to scald the milk. Or it can be heated up in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
Brew super strong coffee or espresso. If you have a speciality drink maker, there may be an option to brew 4 oz of espresso specifically for a latte. If not, just make a small amount of dark brew.
Here is a handy 4 oz measuring cup to help get the proper amount.
Froth up the heated milk and gently stir in the brewed coffee with the white chocolate syrup.
Add the whipped cream, if using. Or add some sprinkles for fun!
We really really like this brand of colorful sprinkles. They don’t have artificial dyes – the colors come from veggies and spices.
