Delish! This is my new go-to when I forget to thaw meat. I had everything on hand except heavy cream so I used buttermilk instead. So good!!
Made this today for lunch as I had some Kale I needed to use. I used the recipe as a base, which I think would be great as written. I also had a couple of mushrooms and 2 pieces of thick cut ham that I needed to use, I sauteed them with the onions. Used 2 cups of kale. Given that I added the extra ingredients, I added an extra egg. I also added some garlic and Tony’s. My husband usually doesn’t eat quiche but he ate 2 slices of this. Thank you for a great base recipe for several other dishes!
This is an excellent quiche!
This is fabulous! I make it often!
