Ingredients

cup
warm water
2 1/4
teaspoons
yeast

tablespoon
honey
2 1/4
cups
all purpose flour

teaspoon
salt

large egg

tablespoons
butter
melted
Instructions
Whisk warm water, yeast, and honey until the yeast & honey are dissolved.
Add in 1 cup of the flour and the salt and stir until smooth. Mix in the remaining flour, egg, and melted butter.
Cover with a tea towel and allow to rise until double in size, about 1 hour.
Stir the dinner roll mixture down and then spoon into muffin cups, filling them about half full.
Bake in a preheated 400 degree F oven for 15 minutes.
