Honey Oat Bread
Prep the dough

This bread dough comes together well in a stand mixer or by hand kneading.

The first rise

Place the dough in a bread pan to allow for rise time..about an hour or until double in size.
The second rise

Add honey and oats to top of bread loaf and rise again until doubled in size.
Bake

Bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
